Short and simple
staff on "strike", dead busy with operations at 3 centres during office hours and half dead going through the paperworks and various "restructuring" steps to sort matters out.
I just have this to say, some people just don't think things through. All are plain dumb. However I can't decide which is worst the followers who just follow the so called smart fellas in the group or the so called smart fellas but in actual fact is dumb as an arse.
couldn't care really, one is stupid for blindly following and the other are just didn't know that they're plain stupid. Both will get what they deserve.

Sometimes I feel like going "on strike" as well, at times I really too frustrated with work :(

chen, you're different. But these fuckers got it good. Salary is higher than the market for the "talent". OT was paid, got company trip. what the fuck else they want?
If its not due to our legal system I would have fired their arse there and then. The ultimate bosses have his plans, though I don't agree 100% but I guess that's the best way to go.
