Mykad = Don't bother
Hah! Had this great idea to put on my blog but in the end…. No time. Work beckons, whatever lah.. but this is what I found
Went to JPN Maju Junction at 9 this morning and the numbers for today are finished. That’s queueing number not some 4-D lottery ok?
They put up a sign saying that the quota for today is up and obviously most people don’t bother reading lah
There is this makcik whom when she found out about this she went “APA NI? Mana boleh macam ni? Saya dah datang ni?” she stammered with a really pissed look. Of course others just join in and suddenly there’s a mass commotion going on.
AHAHHAHAHA!!!!!
Can’t help but laugh lah. Come on lah makcik we’ve dilly dallyied for like 3 years (Yes, we actually got 36 months time frame from Jan 03 to Dec 05) and now you’re complaining? AHAHHAHAHAHA!!!
All is not lost though, the kakak that’s manning the counter was still smiling even after being asked the same question for the thousandth time for countless no of days.
“bila boleh start ambik no?”
ok la.. the last part not really a question but I really salute the kakak for still having a smile on her face and finally he made this announcement.
“Perhatian kepada Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan, nombor giliran pada hari ini telah habis diberi kepada pelanggan-pelanggan kami ddDAAANNNNNN untuk pengetahuan Tuan-tuan dan Puan-Puan selepas 31 Disember 2005 untuk membuat mykad hanya akan dikenakan yuran pemprosesan sebanyak RM20 untuk warganegara. Sekian terima kasih”
hah!! RM20 so not too bad lah. So I feel obligated to help out the kakak and pass this message along.
So here’s the real point of this post
It’s darn packed and might not worth your time to go because it will only cost you RM20 of processing fee for mykad post
So friends…. Don’t bother! Time is money and seriously I think RM20 is well worth the money.
Don't bother... I'll be fine I'll be fine I'll be fine.....

woih.. i thought mykad = IC = for citizens only. why would non-citizens have to pay extra? for undertable services? hehe..
des, PR can get lah I think.
fine RM 20 only?
Then definitely not worth the time to himpit or get up extra early to queue for the thing..
anyway, I renew my Mykad early this month already :D
Good citizen mah, renew early ;)
so you're saying I'm not a good citizen lah? CHEYYY!!!!! I pay my taxes you know

*cabutz*
i was @ maju junction last week & queued 4 1 hr...no giliran habis. Went to Putrajay and waited 4 hrs b4 my turn. As i was waiting, i noted some notices posted on their thier walls. One of them r on fine. If not mistaken, the fine ranged from RM50 to RM230 depending on your age. Mine was max of course ie > 35 yrs old = RM 230.
